Independent Contractor. Host performs as an independent contractor and is not responsible for venue operations, permits, or supervision of attendees.
Licensing & Compliance. Client/venue is solely responsible for all required music/performance licenses, public performance rights, and related fees.
Safety & Venue Conditions. Client represents the venue is safe and suitable and assumes responsibility for damage or injury arising from venue conditions or attendee actions (except Host gross negligence or willful misconduct).
Media & Promotion. Host may capture photos/audio/video during the event for portfolio and promotional use unless Client prohibits in writing.
Tips/Gratuities. Host may accept tips unless Client prohibits in writing before the event.
Cancellation/Reschedule. Deposit refundable up to 5 days before the event; within 5 days the deposit is forfeit. Reschedules are subject to availability.
Indemnification. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Host harmless from claims and liabilities arising from Client/venue licensing failures, venue conditions, or attendee actions.
